Privacy matters most when children are involved. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how it's protected.

Introduction

Our relationship with families and coaches is built on trust, and that starts with being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect data - especially where children are concerned.

Information we collect

Account details

Name, email, role (parent, coach, or admin), and - for coaches under 18 - guardian consent details.

Session & payment information

Booking history and payment records, so both families and coaches have a clear record of past sessions.

Technical information

IP address and browser type, used only to keep accounts secure and the platform running smoothly.

How we use your data

Your data is used to match families with coaches, run and record sessions, process payments, and provide support. We never sell personal information to third parties.

Payments

Payments are handled by a licensed payment processor - PeerUp never stores your full card details on our own servers. We keep a record of bookings and payment status (amount, date, coach) so families and coaches both have a clear history, but sensitive card data stays with our payment partner, not us.

Data security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect information in transit and at rest, and access to family and coach records is limited to what's needed to run the platform safely.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, regardless of where you live.
