  • 01.

    Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PeerUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part, you may not use the platform.

  • 02.

    Use of the service

PeerUp connects parents and coaches for skill-building sessions. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't restrict others' safe use of it.

  • 03.

    Roles and guardian consent

Accounts are created as parent, coach, or admin. Coaches under 18 require guardian consent before their profile goes live, and parents provide consent for their child to join sessions.

  • 04.

    Coach verification

Coach profiles are reviewed before they can take students. A verified badge means a coach has completed this review - it does not guarantee the outcome of any individual session.

  • 05.

    Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments and fees

Each coach sets their own price per session, shown on their profile before you book. Payment is processed at the time of booking through our licensed payment partner.

Cancellation notice periods are set by each coach and shown before booking. Refunds follow that coach's stated policy; PeerUp does not set pricing or refund terms on a coach's behalf.

Intellectual property

The PeerUp platform, its design, and its content are protected by intellectual property law. Using the service does not grant you ownership of platform content beyond your own account data and session records.

Limitation of liability

PeerUp reviews coaches before they can take students, but is provided "as is" and does not guarantee the outcome of any individual session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
